Job Description
In the role of ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
You will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, 
configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

Required
· Hands on knowledge of developing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
· Should have experience in – Web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
· Implementing Customizations on the ServiceNow instance.
· Manage ServiceNow Applications with Scripts
· Coordinate service catalog options, cart controls and variables
· Investigate performance issues, use troubleshooting tools and system logs to find issues
· Integrate Workflows into applications
· Migrate an application between instances
· Work with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules and client scripts
· Control system access and data security
· Run/schedule reports, configure service level agreements (SLAs)
· Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5

Preferred
· 4-6 years’ experience with at least 2-4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
· Experience is at least 1 of the core modules of ServiceNow viz. ITSM, HRSM, CSM, Sec Ops
· Provide technical perspectives to other architecture functions to ensure that solutions effectively leverage infrastructure capabilities and services and integrate with them.
· Excellent initiative, organization, and customer service skills.
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· Ability to self-manage on tasks and mini-projects or improvement efforts
