Our recruitment process is designed to comprehensively evaluate your skills and ensure you are well-prepared to meet industry requirements. As part of this process, qualified candidates will be connected with our team, who will review their profiles and assign the appropriate assessments.
The Skill Assessment (a 45-minute test) requires a minimum score of 70% to advance to the next phase. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be placed into the Fast-Track Talent Pool by Her Second Innings. Those who do not meet the expectations will be guided back to our career coaches for further support and development.
