To move to the next phase, a minimum score of 70% is required. 2. Interview with Industry Experts Participants who pass the test will proceed to a real-world interview scenario. 3. If you successfully clear both the assessment and the interview, you will be awarded the Industry Readiness Certificate, issued by Her Second Innings. This certificate signals to potential employers that you possess the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to succeed in the professional environment.
