Q. How to Register with HSI?

A. Visit www.hersecondinnings.com to Register. Choose the role as “Employer” while registering. After completing the registration details,  click on ‘Register’, you will then receive a confirmation mail from Her Second Innings on your registered email ID. Open the link and reset your new password

Q. How to post a job?

After completing your registration formalities and resetting your new password, you may login with your credentials. Go to ‘My Account’ Page, over there you will find a tab for Post a Job. In post a job page, you can specify the job details.

Q. How to interview the candidates who are applying for the job?

A. Client will receive notification on their registered email ID with candidate’s profile, alternatively client can view the candidates profile directly by Logging in with their credentials -> My Account → Jobs Posted→ List of jobs that you have posted will get displayed. Click on Applicants → Resume. After interviewing the candidate you can share your comments and Case Status on the same page.

Q. How to get Assessed/Screened Candidates?

A. We have a pool of Candidates who have taken up or wish to take up assessments. So you can always reach us out at [email protected] in case you are willing to interview only assessed candidates depending on the job post profile.
