Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 9 to 15 years of experience to lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Overall Experience : 9 to 15 years
Relevant Experience : 5+ years

Locations : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida/Chennai/Mumbai/Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage project plans 
-Lead and motivate project teams.
-Communicate with stakeholders.
-Identify and mitigate risks.
-Ensure quality standards.
-Control project budgets.
-Maintain project documentation.

Required Skills:

-Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
-Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
-Must have worked as developer in Dotnet/Java etc.
-Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:
-PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
-Industry/Domain-specific experience
-Experience with change management.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
-9 to 15 years of IT project management experience.
