Dynamics 365 Field Service Technical Consultant:

Qualifications:

· Experience:

· 5+ years in consulting, with 2-3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.

· Practical experience in field service, customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledge base, contracts/SLAs, field service planning, stock, and asset management.

· Served as a consultant on at least two end-to-end implementations.

· Strong experience within the Field Service Module.

· Knowledge of Copilot is an added advantage.


Technical Skills:

· Dynamics 365 Field Service:

· Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service.

· Experience with resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile app configuration.

· Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.

· Understanding of IoT and connected field service solutions.

· Azure Services:

· Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus, and Application Insights.

· Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and pipeline creation.

· Understanding of messaging patterns and event-driven architectures.

· Experience in deploying and managing web applications.

· Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application performance.

· Power Apps and Logic Apps:

· Ability to design and implement automated workflows.

· Familiarity with connectors and integration patterns.


Job Responsibilities:


· Implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

· Managing and optimizing resource scheduling and dispatching.

· Integrating field service solutions with other business applications.

· Providing technical support and training to users.

· Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Field services solution

· Designing and implementing solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus, and Application Insights.

· Creating and managing serverless functions with Azure Functions.

· Automating workflows and integrating systems using Azure Logic Apps.

· Deploying and managing web applications using Azure App Services.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.


Educational Background:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Certifications:

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)
