. 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors - SAP - Benefits & Payroll

2. Should have good experience in writing detailed test cases.

3. Should be good in written and oral communication

4. Should have worked in Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression testing.

5.Expertise in SuccessFactors standard reporting tools.

6.Strong knowledge of Report Stories and Canvas reporting to build detailed and complex reports.

7.Provide insights into organizational metrics through data analysis of Employee Central
