    Student Success Executive (SS001)
    Job profile: The role of the student success executive is to handle various day-to-day student
    support activities. This would involve coordination between students, mentors and placement
    teams and ensure the right set of information is shared with the students on a timely basis. This
    role would also involve interacting with external stakeholders like National Skill Development
    Corporation (NSDC) for student certification related activities.
    Qualifications: Any degree
    Responsibilities:
    ? Handle various queries from students received via various channels (Email / In-person /
    WhatsApp) and ensure all of them are addressed promptly on-time
    ? Closely coordinate with various internal teams which includes mentors and placement
    team to ensure all the coordination activities are done promptly (Example - Mock
    interviews)
    ? Handle certification requests from students and provide them as per the process
    ? Coordinate with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and conduct external
    certification activities by taking complete coordination responsibility
    Skills:
    ? Excellent written and oral communication skills
    ? Dynamic and go-getter mentality to get things done on time
    ? Ability to strike conversation with students and motivate them by providing right
    information on time
    ? Previous experience in handling students in Academia / Counseling / Recruitment industry
    would be a plus
    ? Proficiency in usage of various office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Experience: 1+ years of experience
