System Operator 
1. About System Operator for Awign :
System Operators (SO) at venues are required to manage systems, networks, and
related infrastructure in order to conduct secured and flawless exams.
The System Operators will be responsible for managing and controlling all the
systems/network infrastructure and related activities (at pre-exam as well as
during the exam) at the venue and they must comply with the defined reporting
and compliance matrix.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
? Must be of 25 years or above age
? Graduate from any Non- Engineering Background
? Should have knowledge of basic computer skills.
? System Operators must be well-groomed and well-behaved for getting
engaged in this line of business.
? Available for a full-time job.
? Available for office-work (Nearby Centre)
3. Roles & Responsibilities :
? Ensure systems are in good condition and keep a regular check as and
when needed.
? Stay in the server room, except when assisting Registration
Managers/Invigilators.
? Verify CCTV cameras at all key points, including emergency exits.
? Conduct system tests before exams and share results with stakeholders.
? Configure the drive on the Primary server using the appropriate
credentials.
? Download Drive 3 hours prior to exam start time. Enter the Drive password
at the specified time.
? Set up Primary and Backup servers, and download necessary data.
? Complete staff verification and monitor the exam network for issues
throughout the exam
? Ensure the candidate count matches the assessments submitted.
? Upload results and documents after slot closures.
? Provide System Operator feedback and conclude responsibilities.
? Ensure adherence to various SOP.
? The system Operator will report to the Venue Operations Manager.
? Report to the center 3 hours prior to the exam start time.
? Always carry an Original valid Govt. ID proof & employer ID Card.
4. Standard Payment and Work Timings:
          Role Shift 1  Shift 2 Shift 3
System Operator Rs 400  Rs 700  Rs 900
? Timings: You should be available from 6 AM to 6 PM (Full-time Job)
? Earning Potential: Up to INR 20,000 per month
? Insurance: Up to INR 2 Lakh
? Note: It is mandatory to complete the available shifts as per the exam schedule
