Senior Enterprise Application Engineer - PLM

JD :

This position is for a Senior Enterprise Application Engineer for PLM 
customization (Windchill) who can design and develop Windchill custom 
solutions for complex business requirements, contribute to continuous 
improvements of our PLM platform and solutions, and build-deploy pipeline.
This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of working independently
in a rapidly evolving technical environment,with quick learning and excellent
logical and problem-solving skills

-Customize and configure Windchill tools, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, 
 PartsLink etc modules, Web services & REST APIs, with a focus on Windchill 
 & ThingWorx configuration and integration.
-Demonstrate strong customization skills in Listeners, Data Utility, Rule 
 Algorithm, Form Processor, Delegates, Validator, Filters, Builders, Resources,
 custom Action Models & JSP Pages, OOTB Type & Attributes, Lifecycle, Workflow, 
 OIR, Preference configuration, ACL, CAD Templates. Lead site implementation/deployments from scratch.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT, and quality),
 PLM Product owners.
-Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and other customizations within the Windchill environment
-Ensure the integrity and security of PLM data, incorporating risk management strategies to identify 
 and mitigate potential security issues promptly.
