Handle inbound emergency alerts- First responder; Situation assessment &coordinate- doctor consultation
Handle inbound emergency alerts- First responder; Situation assessment, coordinate- Ambulance dispatch and customer experience and expectation management
Handle inbound emergency alerts- First responder; Situation assessment, coordinate- Hospital identification/recommendation and admission assistance
Handle inbound emergency alerts- First responder; Situation assessment, coordinate- automated responses to the POC and emergency contacts
Handling Ambulance Vendors
Customer calls: Based on specific requirements call customers as per script
Telecalling to get customer feedback, endorsement & survey
Work mode : Hybrid(after 6 months)
