Product Manager

JD:
Innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of emergency healthcare in India
•    Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with our company vision and goals.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations and sales & marketing, to create user-friendly and impactful emergency healthcare solutions.
•    Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
•    Define and prioritize product requirements, creating clear and actionable specifications for the development team.
•    Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data-driven insights to inform future product iterations.
•    Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and gathering input to ensure alignment.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key highlight of the role: The role really works directly with the Founder and CEO
•    Experience:  2 -5 years of work experience. Hands on experience on product research, design and journey management will be preferred
•    Education: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering is a must. MBA is a plus.
