Talent Acquisition Specialist

 In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent who share our commitment to providing exceptional care.

•    Collaborate with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs.
•    Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms including job boards and social media.
•    Source candidates through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
•    Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
•    Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the role.
•    Facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules and gathering feedback from interviewers.
•    Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and support.

Experience & Skills:     
•    Proven 1- 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the health care industry.
•    Strong analytical & project management skills and attention to detail.
