•	Manage and execute Marketing communication – written as well as over telephone
•	Respond to email and telephonic customer enquiries pertaining to the event as well as the products.
•	Assist in customer acquisition (telesales) for the event as well as our products.
•	Manage & execute deliverables leading to the event and  product /service launch
•	Take charge of backend data management, analysis and reporting.  
•	Build process maps and standard operating procedures (SOP)

Prerequisites

•	The candidate must be self-motivated, energized, creative and result oriented.
•	Must be customer focused to think through solutions from an outside-in view.
•	Immaculate communication skills – oral and written 
•	Analytical ability
•	Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills; with fair comfort with creative power point presentations
