• Deal with clients either by telephone, e-mails (or) face-to-face meetings
• Maintaining client records and vendor database
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients/vendors through open and interactive communication.
• Handle complaints from clients; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
