Work Location - Remote / Work From Home About Us: We are a boutique research firm that provide research, modeling and deal support to our private equity and investment banking clients based in U.S., Middle East, and India Job Title: Financial Analyst (Private Equity) Role Summary: As an analyst, you will be required to work with Principal Consultant to provide support on research, financial modeling, valuation and other client projects. The key responsibilities would include: - Preparing company profiles, trading and transaction comps, sector analysis and updates, macroeconomic analysis, deal memos, pitch-books, competitive analysis, market research, modelling and valuation (merger models, LBO, DCF, etc.) - Supporting Principal Consultant or Client-side Analyst throughout the deal life cycle - Internal projects related to organizational development from time to time Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement - MBA / CFA / CA or a Post Graduate in Finance from a reputed institute - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar profile with expertise in preparing presentation,writing reports etc. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills - Knowledge of database like Bloomberg, Thomson, Capital IQ, etc. - Ability to communicate clearly with client-side analysts and managers internally - Ability to understand client requirements and execute work under short time bound deadlines
