Supporting multiple customers in a shared services model using Remedy based ITO tool. Primarily responsible for Incident and Service Request management for the customer Wintel infrastructure support services for Microsoft Windows O/S and Windows Server Management.
Roles and Responsibilities-
• Working and resolving user and Auto Alert based incidents.
• Monitoring of the critical alerts such as Disk space, performance, system h/w health and unavailability issues using Event and Alert tool SCOM console and Administration.

Roles and Responsibilities-
• Day to Day Infrastructure Operations Management (Windows Server O/S, Active Directory, Server Management, SCOM monitoring and administration)
• Working and resolving user and Auto Alert based incidents
• Responsible for following the Escalation Matrix and Escalation path in a timely fashion to meet the SLAs for Incidents.
• Monitoring of the critical alerts such as Disk space, performance, system h/w health and unavailability issues using Event and Alert tool SCOM console and Administration.
• HP server management using HP system management tools and ILO configuration utility for physical servers.
